Kat is an experienced HSEQ Manager with over 15 years’ experience in Europe and the Middle East. Skilled in Safety Management Systems, the ISM Code & the Maritime Labour Convention. Currently studying a Nebosh Diploma with the British Safety Council.

Rajan has worked in the Marine Industry for 35 years with several of the leading maritime companies in the Middle East. He has an MBA in Finance.
